Birthday Parties!

All of our games and activities are based on the age and interest of the child. With the Birthday Parties you will have 1 hour of fun gym time which will include:
a structured open gym where the instructors will assist with different equipment.

We will then return to the party room for the last 30 minutes where we will sing happy birthday, have cake and/or food (if you choose), then if parents would like we can then finish with opening presents.

We only allow the Birthday Parents into the gym unless there are children ages 3 and under (these parents will need to sign a waiver), we then allow one parent to come into the gym with their child to help supervise them (These parents are not allowed on the gym equipment), all other parents will be seated upstairs in the parent viewing area.)

Red Party Package

Cost - $400 Includes
· 1 Party Coach
· Birthday Party Medal Souvenir
· Paper Goods Provided (cups, plates, utensils & napkins) You may pick from the following colors: Pink,Blue, Purple, or Red.

Must submit color choice a minimum of 7 days in advance, or what is on hand will be provided.

· Party includes 1 hour in the gym and 30 minutes in the Party Room.
· $20 per child over 20 children.
· $150 additional room/coach charge for parties with more than 20 children.

This must be requested/booked a minimum of 14 days in advance.

Other Important Information
-You may arrive 30 minutes prior to party time to set up for your party.
-There is an additional charge of $50.00 for every 30 minutes you go over on your party time.
-Full payment is due at booking.

Cancellation Policy
· 45 days prior to the party to receive a full refund.
· 30 days prior to the Party to receive up to 50% refund
· 15 days prior to the party we do not issue a refund.

Blue Party Package

Cost - $500 Includes

· 1 Party Coach · Birthday Party Medal Souvenir
· Paper Goods Provided (cups, plates, utensils & napkins) You may pick from the following colors: Pink, Blue, Purple, or Red.

· Digital Invitation File
· 5 Pizzas (any combination of cheese/pepperoni)
· $20 per child over 20 children.

Warrior Party Package

General Party Information

All of our games and activities are based on the age and interest of the child. With the Birthday Parties you will have your hour in the gym which will include:
· A structured open gym where the instructors will assist with different equipment.
· While in the gym we will be playing some of the following active games:
o Dodge ball w/ pit blocks o Musical dots
o Tic Tac Toe
o Races across the Obstacle Course
o Coaches Choice
o Birthday Party Child’s Choice
We will then return to the party room for the last 30 minutes, where we will sing happy birthday, have cake and/or food (if you choose), then if parents would like, we can then finish with opening presents.

**We only allow the Birthday Parents into the gym. If you have a party guest with children ages three and under, we allow (1) parent into the gym to supervise the child and assist on the equipment. These parents will need to sign a waiver. We do not allow any parents on the equipment. All other parents will be seated upstairs in the parent viewing area.

Other Important Information
· You are welcome to bring any food or drinks to your party. We do not allow alcoholic beverages in the gym/party rooms.
· You may arrive 30 minutes prior to party time to set up for your party. There is an additional charge of $50.00 for every 15 minutes you go over on your party time. You have 15 minutes from the end time of your party to clean up. For example: if your party is 2-3:30, you would have until 2:45 to clean and leave before being charged the additional fee.

Party Fees/Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due at booking. Our cancellation policy is:
· 45 days prior to the party you may receive full refund
· 30 days prior to the Party you can receive up to 50% of a refund
· 15 days prior the party we do not give a refund.
